The Friends of Bay County Libraries Book Sale takes place at the Bay County Civic Arena from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thurs., Aug. 1; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fri., Aug. 2; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat., Aug. 3. Prices drop 50% on Aug. 2 and to $4 per bag or box on Aug. 3
