A Spencer Gellise Salon reveals its updated look

A Spencer Gellise Salon has a new look.
The salon temporarily moved operations to Downtown Bay City, allowing construction workers to demolish the existing salon floor and open up space to create additional styling stations and shampoo bowls.
The entire space has a new look, just in time to celebrate its 20th anniversary, say owners Heather Spencer and Adreanne Gellise-Budzinski.
“We are so honored to be celebrating 20 years in business,” Spencer says. “We figured, what better time than now to give our business a new look while creating more opportunity for our employees and an upgraded salon experience for our guests.”
The total investment in the project was $52,000.
A grand re-opening and 20th anniversary celebration were held on Thurs., April 11 at the renovated salon, located at 1719 Third St. in the Johnson Street Business District.
“It’s been an amazing 20 years,” Gellise-Budzinski says. “My favorite part has been the relationships we have had the privilege to build with our clients and other beauty professionals over the years.”
A Spencer Gellise Salon opened in 2004. Salon Today recently recognized it as one of the top 20 salons in North America for leadership.
