New book club commits to reading banned and challenged books every month

Community connection, cohesion, and cultural awareness are all goals of Leopard Print Books’ proprietress, Andrea Richmond, and the newly-formed Banned Book Club.

Less than a month after creating 200 bags of personal care items for teens in foster care, the high school students behind Project In The Stars are making plans for growing the project.

After researching the realities of foster care and witnessing firsthand what a foster child is dropped off with, Grace Wrzesinski created Project In the Stars to provide personal hygiene items for teens in foster care.
