The 29th season of Bay City Noon Optimist Club Travel and Adventure Film Series concludes March 28 at 7 p.m. at the State Theatre with the film “Cities of Italy.” Tickets for single shows are available at the door for $10. All ticket sales benefit youth services and programs in Bay County.
