Members of the Youth Advisory Committee – a program of the Bay Area Community Foundation – have identified adolescent mental health and first aid awareness as priority areas for funding. For 30 years, YAC has helped teens fund programs to help their peers.

United Way of Bay County announces its 2024-26 impact partners

After considering the needs of the community, the United Way of Bay County has announced its partners for its next funding cycle. The two-year cycle begins now and ends in 2026.

Dr. Nicolas Mouawad, a vascular surgeon at McLaren Bay Region, was named one of the top vascular surgeons in the nation. He says the honor is not just a personal honor. It's also a nod to the quality of care available in the region.
