For five years, a group of long-time friends have produced “The Gift,” a video that tells a different story each year of a man delivering a Christmas present in Bay City. The video gets thousands of views each year.  

The Bay City Morning Rotary Club spearheaded an effort to create libraries inside kindergarten classrooms. One of the first schools to get the books was MacGregor Elementary.
