The Cool City Car Show and Cruz, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, returns to Bay City's West Side this year.

The 2024 program is called "Adventure Begins at Your Library," provides materials for parents to keep kids engaged in learning over the summer. Worksheets and other materials also are available at the Literacy Council of Bay County and online.
